Caspian Offshore Construction (COC) — the leader in maritime offshore services in Kazakhstan since 2003. We became the country’s first private maritime company and today operate in two key regions — the Caspian Sea and the Middle East.
Our fleet comprises more than 30 modern vessels built at leading European shipyards: icebreakers, DSVs, research vessels, tugs, multicats, crew boats, barges, and accommodation modules. The average age of the fleet is less than 10 years, making it one of the youngest and most reliable in the region.
Including chartered tonnage, we manage 57 vessels and barges, providing a full range of marine solutions to international clients. More than 500 professional seafarers ensure safety, efficiency, and high-quality service every day.
In 2023, the company’s turnover exceeded USD 65 million, and the quality of our work is confirmed by international standards ISM Code, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
The COC headquarters is in Almaty, but our operations cover all key offshore centers of the Caspian Sea and the Middle East.
